Registration cut-off is 2 weeks prior to course date.

 

Partial refund of 50% for cancellations before cut off date and no refund after cut off date.

 

PLEASE REGISTER AT LEAST ONE OF YOUR ASSISTANTS FOR TRAINING. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS METHODOLOGY IN YOUR PRACTICE ON A DAILY BASIS.

Day 2 = $600.00 (Must have taken Day 1 prior to registering for this course)
